Scope and controller

This policy describes how Advancing AI LLC, operating the Advancing AI brand, handles personal information when you visit this website, contact us, request the newsletter, apply for an opportunity, purchase a product, or ask for support.

Advancing AI LLC is the business responsible for the information covered by this policy. This policy does not control the independent practices of platforms or services you choose to use, including Stripe, social networks, AI providers, or email providers.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, company, and role.
  • Order and support details, including the product purchased, purchase date, order email, and messages you send.
  • Newsletter requests, career inquiries, work samples, partnership messages, and other information you voluntarily provide.
  • Content, files, or links you choose to send for support or evaluation.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, error logs, and similar technical information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site.

We also use a randomly generated first-party visitor identifier to connect landing-page source information with later actions on this site. That information may include UTM campaign values, advertising click identifiers supplied in the URL, pages viewed, checkout-link clicks, inquiry submissions, purchases, and refunds. The identifier is not a payment-card number and is not used to identify activity on unrelated websites.

Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, health records, or full payment-card details through ordinary email.

How we use information

  • Provide requested information, purchases, product access, files, and support.
  • Process transactions, refunds, accounting records, and fraud checks.
  • Respond to customer, partnership, media, career, and privacy inquiries.
  • Send newsletters or product communications you requested, with an unsubscribe option.
  • Operate, secure, diagnose, measure, and improve the website and products.
  • Protect legal rights and comply with tax, accounting, regulatory, and law-enforcement obligations.

Depending on the context, these uses are based on your request or consent, performance of a transaction, our legitimate business interests, or a legal obligation.

Payments and service providers

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Advancing AI does not store your full card number or card security code. Stripe may process payment, identity, device, transaction, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We may use providers for website hosting, secure database storage, email, file delivery, analytics, security, customer support, accounting, and legal compliance. Website questions and Managed Services applications are submitted directly to our private Control Room and stored by Supabase so we can respond, schedule calls, and maintain appropriate business records. Service providers may process information only to perform the services we request, subject to their agreements and applicable law.

Sharing and disclosures

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information:

  • To service providers performing the functions described above.
  • When you direct us to share it or consent to a specific disclosure.
  • To professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, or legal counsel.
  • To comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request.
  • To prevent fraud, security incidents, abuse, or harm to customers or the public.
  • As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Cookies and site data

The site uses first-party browser storage for security, product access, checkout attribution, campaign measurement, and preferences. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic and engagement. Advertising storage and ad-personalization signals are disabled, Google signals are disabled, and the Analytics property is not linked to Google Ads. We do not use Meta Pixel.

When TikTok campaign measurement is enabled, the site may use TikTok Pixel and TikTok Events API to measure page visits, checkout activity, and completed purchases. This may send TikTok limited device, browser, page, referral, campaign, transaction, and pseudonymous identifiers; purchase events may include a one-way hashed version of the purchaser's email address for matching and deduplication. We use this information to measure campaign performance and prevent duplicate conversion reporting, not to sell personal information.

Google, TikTok, and our hosting provider may process limited device, browser, page, referral, campaign, transaction, and technical log information to provide analytics, measure campaigns, operate the site, and protect the service. We do not collect Facebook click identifiers.

Your browser can block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect checkout, saved preferences, or other features. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry; where a legally recognized opt-out signal applies, we will honor it as required.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, customer support, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No email, website, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please send only what is necessary.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided, or request information about how it has been used. You may also withdraw newsletter consent or object to certain processing. Rights vary by location and may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.

  • Marketing: use the unsubscribe instruction in an email or reply with “unsubscribe.”
  • Privacy request: use the contact page and put “Privacy Request” in the subject.
  • Verification: we may ask for enough information to confirm that the request concerns you.
  • Authorized agents: where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and any available appeal process required by law.

Children

Advancing AI products and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the site, business, providers, or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site or in a direct notice where appropriate.

Questions or requests may be submitted through the contact page. Identify the request as “Privacy” and include the email address connected to the relevant interaction.
